Always looking for new boba places. Tried the rose milk tea and itβs delicious! Also had their fried tofu - but it was missing fried basil (shown on pics) and had no five spice flavor - which was really disappointing - cause I wanted more than just fried tofu. Also tried rocket shrimp and I liked it and thought it was unique. Also lacked seasoning. For both I asked for spicy but instead of chili powder they covered it with red pepper chili flakes which also was not what I expected. I think next time Iβll just order boba.

Do not waste your money at this place. It was so not worth it, at all. Drinks didnβt taste good, the fries were waaaaay over priced. The ones in the photo were $10 for these unseasoned handful of fries. Idk how theyβre still in business tbh.

Typically I am not the type to leave reviews but this one disappointed me. I usually order from this place all the time, this is actually the only boba spot that I really go to, but this time it sucked because I love this place. While chewing on my boba, I noticed something hard in there and I was almost done with my boba, when I took out the two pieces of boba that were stuck together, they were held together by a piece of metal that I took out. Fortunately I caught it in time so that I did not swallow it. I just say this to let yall be aware. Iβm not saying to not come to this place, but they should at least be extra careful. I was wondering why after I ordered this drink, it was done within literally 30 seconds to a minute, the fastest I have ever received any boba drink.

The "Luxe" is false advertising β overpriced and underwhelming I genuinely wanted to like Luxe Boba. I love boba! I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls. At nearly $8, I expected something memorable. What I got was a watery, overly sweet drink that tasted more like diluted syrup than actual tea. The pearls were hard and gummy in all the wrong ways β clearly sitting out far too long β and the drink arrived lukewarm despite being ordered iced. When I mentioned it to the staff, the response was a half-hearted apology and nothing more. No offer to remake it, no acknowledgment that something went wrong. For San Diego, where good boba spots are everywhere, there's simply no reason to overpay here for a subpar product and indifferent service. I've had better from a $3 boba kit at 99 Ranch. Skip Luxe Boba and spend your money literally anywhere else on the block.

Plenty of flavors to choose from, just be aware they may run out of boba pearls from time to time. The BTS is my fav. The fries are also great.
